BACKGROUND
GERD affects 40% of the adult US population. GERD is primarily a GI motility disorder. Twenty five percent of GERD patients receiving PPI will still experience breakthrough symptoms.

Pumosetrag, a 5-HT3 partial agonist that works locally within the upper GI tract, is being developed to treat GERD symptoms in patients who continue to experience heartburn and regurgitation while on PPIs or H2-antagonists.

Driving Directions
104 Carnegie is located directly across from Hyatt Regency Hotel in the same cluster of Carnegie Center.
From Philadelphia International Airport or Delaware Memorial Bridge heading north:
Take either I-95 North through Philadelphia towards New Jersey or I-295 North on the New Jersey side. Both merge (end) into each other at Exit 67 on the New Jersey side at top of the loop (I-95 will feed into I-295 after exit 8B).
From I-295 take Exit 67 to north-bound Route 1 (New Brunswick), or
From I-95 direction take NJ Exit 67 which immediately follows Exit 8 (bear left onto north-bound Route 1) - Do not take earlier PA Exit 47 to north-bound Route 1 through Trenton
Travel 4 miles north on Route 1 and take exit ramp onto Alexander Rd
Turn right (east) going a short distance and immediately turn right into Carnegie Center Drive. Travel south through small circle around courtyard past Hyatt Regency Hotel. Enter first parking lot immediately to your left at end of south wing of 104 Carnegie Center.
From Newark International Airport (NJTP Exit 13A) and north areas heading south on the NJ Turnpike:
Travel south on NJ Turnpike and take Exit 9
Follow signs to southbound Route 1 and travel 16 miles
Take Alexander Rd East exit ramp and merge east-bound.
Cross over Route 1 and take first right onto Carnegie Center Dr
Travel south through small circle around courtyard past Hyatt Regency Hotel
Enter first parking lot immediately to your left at end of south wing of 104 Carnegie Center.
